I AM TRYINGTO MAKE THE QUILT IN MCCALLS QUILTING, THE ROSE MEDALLION..THERE ARE NO DIRECTIONS FOR THE CENTER CIRCLE ,WHAT ARE THE MEASUREMENTS OR DO WE JUST GUESS….
There is no center circle. the center is hollow and you applique the entire medallion to the background square. You use the pressing lines on the background square to line up the medallion. You can either raw edge applique or turn the seam allowance under and top stitch. Hope that helps!
