To Celebrate Sapphire Star coming in second this past weekend, I wanted to thank everyone for all the support and love and keep the happy train rolling!
I payed a visit to The Cloth Shop on Granville Island today. Its been a while since I’ve been to the shop, the last time was before they moved, so lets say 2 years ago. I was blown away! The new space is bright and cheerful, and oh! The fabric! An entire wall dedicated to Kaffe Fasset! So many modern fabrics and blenders and gorgeous happy Batiks! It is Definitely worth the trip in!
I put together a beautiful bundle of five fat quarters, and they will be going home with one lucky person! The Mini Margarita Bundle is up for grabs!
The Giveaway will be open to EVERYONE EVERYWHERE!
Make sure you tell your friends! If you do, leave a second comment telling me how you shared this post for another chance to win!
The fabrics in the Mini Margarita are:
Tone on Tone dots in Teal from David Textiles
Medallion in Green and Red from Flea Market Fancy by Denise Schmidt
Delhi Blooms in Lime from Soul Blossoms by Amy Butler
and finally a Golden/Tangerine Tone on Tone of Unknown Origins (I forgot to check the selvedge before I bought it, oops!)
For those of you who are local they still have full yardage at the Cloth Shop of all these prints!
The Giveaway will be open until 5pm PST and I will announce the winner then!
Thank you to everyone for making this giveaway a success. Its so much fun to read everyone’s comments =)
Stacey
Here is where to find the buttons, there was some confusion the last time, I hope this helps =)

Oh thank you for the giveaway! Mmm I love Kaffe Fassett, I’d love to visit that shop. What I love about quilting is that I can start a new project every day there’s so much inspiration. And I do follow your blog 🙂

Hi Stacey! Lovely prize for the giveaway! The new Cloth Shop is small but like a jewellery box – lots of little treasures – I always find something I have to have! I follow your blog on Google Reader. Great job! And congratulations again on the CQA prize!

Oh I love a margharita… and a daquiri…. Weather here today is wet, very grey and quite miserable. Glad I cut the grass before the rain 🙂 Fab giveaway!

Love the fabrics – wonderful colors. We’re going to have a beautiful day today here in North Carolina – a storm passed through last night and took the high humidity with it – so it will be very nice for our trip to a quilt show in Fayetteville. Thanks for the giveaway. I’m a follower.

Love your blog! And I love the fact that you’re a fellow Canadian, as many of the blogs I follow are from other countries. It’s a cold, early spring (at the end of MAY!) day here in southern Ontario and the sunshine colours of your bundle would certainly warm up my weekend. So, I’ll spend the weekend quilting instead of gardening – an even trade for this time of year. Keep blogging, keep sewing and keep posting as I always look forward to reading your missives.

I have sewn since I was 8 yrs old and love it. I have made several quilts along the way, but most of my sewing has been for family members — 3 daughters, 10 grandchildren, and us. But the granddaughters are getting too big for smocking, so I am becoming more and more involved with quilt making. I just love to play with color and design!

I stumbled across this blog from Flickr — so excited to find more quilting fabrics! I have officially made it past my one year anniversary of quilting and am working on building my stash for all these newly-joined Bees. Happy Friday! 🙂

The best part about quilting is finishing the binding, and admiring the results. I’m always amazed when I see a finished quilt and thing, “wow, I did that!” 🙂

I was just up in Vancouver a few weeks ago for the marathon and wish I had time to stop in to the shop. Next time… Although it may be awhile now with part of the I5 freeway collapsing. EEK!

I love all aspects of quilting…. I love the colors and the textures and the feel of the fabrics. Not too keen on the way batiks feel though… lol the most relaxing part of quilting for me is doing the binding… I love having the quilt on my lap and surrounding me while I do my hand stitching! I also became a follower of your blog………… thanks for the opportunity to enter

Thanks for the chance to win! I live near Washington, DC, and it is freezing here this weekend (memorial day, the unofficial start of summer). It is a little disappointing.

yeah! I found you thru flickr, and am always excited to find other quilters blogging here in British Columbia(I assume from your Granville island reference). great blog! I will certainly come back to visit again.

I need to make a trip down to Granville Island – I’ve been hearing all kinds of good things! I love seeing all the incredible quilts and inspiration at the quilt shows – the CQA show was fabulous. Lovely bundle you’ve put together!

I love quilting because it gives me time to work with my hands and head without the outside clutter of living life. I find it hard to use my stash and end up buying new fabric for projects. That’s the other thing I really like… shopping for fabric.

What a lovely giveaway.
Thanks for the chance.
I can’t wait to get sewing tonight as I have a whole layer cake of low volume loveliness to stitch up.

That is a wonderful give away. Today is sunny but a little cool here in central Illinois. But in one week we are moving to central Alabama where I think I will be wishing to have the cool temps we have today.
