  1. Thanks for your cool Give-Away!!! Loooove the fabrics…such Happy colors too!

  2. Oh thank you for the giveaway! Mmm I love Kaffe Fassett, I’d love to visit that shop. What I love about quilting is that I can start a new project every day there’s so much inspiration. And I do follow your blog 🙂

  3. Thanks for the great giveaway. I haven’t visited Cloth Shop since it moved….I need to do that soon!

  4. Hi Stacey! Lovely prize for the giveaway! The new Cloth Shop is small but like a jewellery box – lots of little treasures – I always find something I have to have! I follow your blog on Google Reader. Great job! And congratulations again on the CQA prize!

  5. Oh I love a margharita… and a daquiri…. Weather here today is wet, very grey and quite miserable. Glad I cut the grass before the rain 🙂 Fab giveaway!

  6. Love the fabrics – wonderful colors. We’re going to have a beautiful day today here in North Carolina – a storm passed through last night and took the high humidity with it – so it will be very nice for our trip to a quilt show in Fayetteville. Thanks for the giveaway. I’m a follower.

  7. Love your blog! And I love the fact that you’re a fellow Canadian, as many of the blogs I follow are from other countries. It’s a cold, early spring (at the end of MAY!) day here in southern Ontario and the sunshine colours of your bundle would certainly warm up my weekend. So, I’ll spend the weekend quilting instead of gardening – an even trade for this time of year. Keep blogging, keep sewing and keep posting as I always look forward to reading your missives.

  8. I have sewn since I was 8 yrs old and love it. I have made several quilts along the way, but most of my sewing has been for family members — 3 daughters, 10 grandchildren, and us. But the granddaughters are getting too big for smocking, so I am becoming more and more involved with quilt making. I just love to play with color and design!

  9. I stumbled across this blog from Flickr — so excited to find more quilting fabrics! I have officially made it past my one year anniversary of quilting and am working on building my stash for all these newly-joined Bees. Happy Friday! 🙂

  10. The best part about quilting is finishing the binding, and admiring the results. I’m always amazed when I see a finished quilt and thing, “wow, I did that!” 🙂

  11. I was just up in Vancouver a few weeks ago for the marathon and wish I had time to stop in to the shop. Next time… Although it may be awhile now with part of the I5 freeway collapsing. EEK!

  12. I love all aspects of quilting…. I love the colors and the textures and the feel of the fabrics. Not too keen on the way batiks feel though… lol the most relaxing part of quilting for me is doing the binding… I love having the quilt on my lap and surrounding me while I do my hand stitching! I also became a follower of your blog………… thanks for the opportunity to enter

  13. Thanks for the chance to win! I live near Washington, DC, and it is freezing here this weekend (memorial day, the unofficial start of summer). It is a little disappointing.

  14. beautiful colorway, I could have some fun with these fabrics! I love to blend colors in my quilts to flow from one shade to another.
yeah! I found you thru flickr, and am always excited to find other quilters blogging here in British Columbia(I assume from your Granville island reference). great blog! I will certainly come back to visit again.

  15. I need to make a trip down to Granville Island – I’ve been hearing all kinds of good things! I love seeing all the incredible quilts and inspiration at the quilt shows – the CQA show was fabulous. Lovely bundle you’ve put together!

  16. I love quilting because it gives me time to work with my hands and head without the outside clutter of living life. I find it hard to use my stash and end up buying new fabric for projects. That’s the other thing I really like… shopping for fabric.

  17. What pretty fabrics. I agree the new store is really nice. I’m fortunate enough to be able to walk to it. The staff are great!

  18. That is a wonderful give away. Today is sunny but a little cool here in central Illinois. But in one week we are moving to central Alabama where I think I will be wishing to have the cool temps we have today.

  19. I love the colors! I have been loving quilting because it is a way to be creative, and a way to share my creativity with others. I love making quilts for friends/family.

  20. Very pretty fabrics! I’m was working on a paper piecing QAL last night until the power went out! Today it’s cloudy, windy with the potential for more rain.
Thank you for the chance 🙂 I’m now following you through Bloglovin’, now I’m going to have a good snoop through your blog 😉

  21. I love all the inspiration on the web! It makes quilting a hobby of infinite possibilities and countless designs!

  22. Hi! I would love these fabrics! As a single mom to two young children, I say that quilting is cheaper than therapy. 🙂
    Thanks!

  23. Sounds like you had lots of fun there!:) The weather around here has been hot as always, with occasional rain:D
